Do my eyes deceive me or does the nighttime rendering show a strip of coloured light running down the length of the building?

As I have outlined in red?

If so, my eyes are deceiving me in the same way.

Can anyone spot the "obvious" error in the above rendering?

I don't know about the "outlined in red" ... but the first thing I notice is it's not 15 floors.

Not just NO bike lane, but cars shown driving in the same lane as bikes!

Unless of course the green-glowing strip above is a bike lane.

It looks like somebody pushing a stroller in the lower left corner is about to become a statistic.

So you don't have a problem with the abundant foliage floating in mid-air?

I assumed that was some sort of lamp post-tree hybrid.

The building will be strata-titled but the intent is to rent out the units per the developer: http://www.timescolo...ooms-1.20780658

I don't quite understand how this works. Buyers cannot purchase strata lots to live in themselves? Does the developer own all the strata lots?

Yes, I believe the developer (or a third party operator) would own all of the units and rent them out.  I think there are some buildings in Vancouver with this arrangement.

There is a proposal for a new building in Surrey that will have LED lighting that moves when the skytrain comes through the station.

I wonder if the 930 Fort developers can include such a feature that activates when the new bike lane reaches a user capacity commensurate with the cost of construction?

An artist's rendering of the ground floor of 930 Fort Street, one of two residential towers proposed for a parking lot between the 900-blocks of View and Fort streets. The projects will deliver nearly 300-units of purpose-built rental housing and condominium suites to Victoria's downtown core.

Updated plans are available on Dev Tracker, the primary modification appears to be the addition of a 'grille' to the south façade for floors 3-9.
