Anyone know what is happening with the block of warehouses where Albion Fisheries used to be? https://www.google.c...!4d-123.3826947

Its been empty for awhile and the site isn't looking great.  I heard something about some renovations being done on it when I talked to folks at the city, but I have not been able to find any details.  Is the railyards developer going to be buying for condos or turning it into stores?

No Building Permits issued for major renovations.

The Victoria West Neighbourhood Plan was adopted last year, and this property is designated "General employment with limited residential." Ground floor must be light industrial or commercial, with limited retail permitted. Residential uses are only permitted on upper floors, and can only be a maximum of 50% of the total floor area.

^ There's a permit in process (i.e. not issued yet) but the description is simply "Change of use, tenant improvement with exterior changes, new services"
