In an excellent location in upper downtown Victoria, we have the option to purchase a 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building by February 1, 2010. This building is currently occupied by Twilight Hot Tubs & Billiards and Dosanjh Millard Development Corp. Ideally situated right across from the only major sporting and concert arena in town on the main street into downtown, this building has unlimited potential for development. Already commercially zoned, this building could obtain a possible six storeys or higher for mixed office/residential/commercial. Plans for this project will be undertaken soon.

That is interesting. It would be a good spot for a mixed office and residential building. Not sure about commercial there. Perhaps four floors office and six floors residential above?

I wonder what the long term plan is for that little side street?

This is actually in the Burnside neighbourhood, right on the Downtown/North Park border.

Nice pic of Northern Electric Rob, I used to pick up my electrical supplies there as a boy apprentice. This company evolved into Nedco located presently on Steele Street.
