I see what ya mean, but I'm a fan on good honest food. I have tried many different things here over the years with food. I have been at Garrick's Head since 1999. And in the end it all comes back to simple and good food. Almost all of our food is made in house and people keep coming back for it.
Really, a cool room, great staff, great simple food, and good tunes and you can't go wrong.
I hope everybody comes by for food and drinks once we're open, it really will be a cool spot for downtown.
On a second note, i had the 1st live music in the pub on Friday and last night and it was a great turnout.

thanks, also creates a better view from outside looking in. you see people instead of just the tops of there heads.^^^^ I like the way you are using high bar stools and tables to take advantage of the view out of the window. That will be a great spot to sip on a pint and do a little bird watching.
