Prime shut down earlier in the year over financial issues that involved restaurant owner Phil Leseur, which may or may not have been tied to Len Barrie's Bear Mountain issues.
Since the closure a place called 50 Nights at the Magnolia has been operating but will be closing today to make way for renovations.

Real tapas are supposed to be cheap. In Spain they are often free while you drink.
No wonder that country is broke.

^I worked with Aaron when he was a lowly busboy. Great guy. I'm sure the food will be great, but please, I pray in desperation the prices are reasonable.
If you had heard what the lease cost was there, you'd know it'll be tough to do anything with cheap pricing.

So is this open yet? Or any ETA?
It was April first. Don't know if that is still on track.

...maybe this place will have reasonable prices if it follows at all after Ferris'.
No website yet, so this is the best I have. Can anybody read it? Most of the entrees appear to be in the low-$20s range, the burger is in the teens.

There are some pedestrian items on that menu and some that might require some adventurous spirit. In other words, something for everyone.
Many people will not ask if they don't know to avoid appearing ignorant. These are the people who will have the steak.
