Yup, sounds about right I'd say. A townhome on the fourth and fifth level of a downtown building is pretty spiffy, and definitely gives ground level competition a run for its money. The views from the upper floors of this building will be amazing.

I came up with a new pun-based marketing slogan:

The Abacus: a condo project that really adds up!

Sorry aastra... didn't realize you had beaten me to the pun-ch.  :cop:

At least I can count on you for an apology.

Another hilarious abacus-related play on words, for those trying to keep up.

I just don't want the divisions between us to multiply; if that occurs it would truly subtract from the quality of discussion on this forum in ways that would be difficult to calculate.

Cheap suburban-style siding on the Abacus building's additional levels would be a close second. I'm hoping for something better on this one.

Aastra, you're seeking fancy exterior finishes- Bling Dynasty style.

I was never into Dynasty or Dallas or any of the other shows like that. So you're saying they didn't show off a lot of hardiplank siding?

I can confirm that the official name of the project now is 595 Pandora. The developer opted to drop The Abacus title when the decision was made to alter course and go the condo route.

Something about that doesn't add up.

I guess complaints about the name were multiplying and public opinion was divided, so the developer chose a project name that would not subtract from the development...

Naming this project is entirely on topic.

Edit: Discussions on the history of the abacus as a calculating device however = off-topic. See how easy this is?

Why are you so by the numbers? Abacus puns aren't forbidden in this city. Confucius says "lighten up."
