I did not go, but reports will be coming in soon. One of the difficulties is they plan to use local/part-time dancers. And there are only so many of those to go around.

I guess it's to be more upscale. I'm not entirely sure that's legal though, or a necessary part of the marketing. Where else would you find an age restriction like this?

I think it is legal to restrict certain age groups for housing (no children or 55 and over) so it should be legal for businesses to restrict age if they want.
