...You can't have every building have a public space outside, no matter how nice...Unfortunately, we have a council that needs to be appeased with amenities with each building that comes for approval and these often come in the form of public space...
So why does our local government insist on this particular type of amenity over and over again? Our current population certainly doesn't require this overabundance of public space. I see little appetite to approve the kind of density increases needed to ensure these "amenities" are successful, so why continue to make them a condition of new developments?

Love the signs, but I wish they actually had some useful destinations up on the top instead of random neighbourhood/area names which are kind of useless to a tourist.
