Based on the development of the Bayside properties to date, I would imagine the scheduled completion date is now sometime in the early 22nd century - around the same time as the last of the new owners move into the Wade.

maybe they just underestimated the appeal of luxury retirement homes.

can't wealthy people just age wherever they want to without congregating?

Some crane bits arrived this week. They are in addition to a few crane bits that arrived shortly after blasting was complete.

Interesting. Perhaps they’re planning to move forward to the E&N tower and the area of Aquara is fenced so it’s a logical place to keep equipment?

The first set of crane parts were clearly part of Aquara. The boom sections for the sane crane has also arrived. Since Aquara owns the land it is probably not related to the Roundhouse area.

Other than the crane delivery, there isn't any construction activity like workmen, fencing, footings, etc at either site

No new crane parts arrived on site, they just unstacked the parts and spread them out. I heard this crane is going to the Pearl project beside the Janion.
