This property is jinxed. The first post regarding redeveloping this property is from the summer of 2016.

If 3 years = jinxed what does that say about the Northern Junk redevelopment? :wacko:

Looking at the Citified article from 2016, it was meant to be 17 affordable rental apartments managed by a not-for-profit, with MODO car-share, and a community garden.. and the city said no. You are literally damned if you do and damned if you don't in Victoria

Just imagine how bad things would be if the CoV was actively trying to worsen the housing crisis (instead of nobly combating it).

Foundation was complete a couple weeks ago. Today Flatdecks are delivering pre fab modular components to site. Did not realize this was a modular project, will likely be assembled in a month. I’ll see if I can snap a photo in the next couple of days.
