10 years from now when we all get our Augmented Reality goggles we can walk around whatever version of Downtown we desire. Cross Store Street and there you go; the E&N Station right in front of your eyes. Over there, Southside Pizza, over on Douglas check out the BC Permanent Loan Company skyscraper.

Dang, you just gave him a 10 year deadline. I thought we wanted this yesterday? :P

VR or augmented reality would be a cool way to do this. It'd be really neat in places with really interesting history. IE. Versailles.

A crude version could be done today but I'd give it ten years for the capability of ultra-high definition (I want to see the scuff marks in the linoleum tiles in the waiting room).

Can we go to the brothel, too?  I trust there will be more than just googles, right?

^ ^  Oh Lord, that was a good laugh.  Man, what I'd do to get Holden West back on this forum some day.

That will be especially convenient once VV Corp's new HQ has been completed. Seriously, 78 levels of wood-look vinyl siding with a giant animatronic of Vibrant Vic™ on the roof yapping out Mike K.'s "informative" tweets 24 freakin' hours per day? They haven't even broken ground yet but I'm already eager to see a virtual parking lot in place of that eyesore.
