So now the price of sake figures into the calculation of my property assessment? Is that like the price of tea in China?
That's a racists statement, what does sake have to do with China? And/or what does Japan have to do with China, other than, maybe, you think the people look alike. Mijiu is the Chinese "equivalent" of sake.
