Green: Kooy, Racelle
NDP: Collins, Laurel - or - Singh, Sabina
The Liberals held the Victoria seat from 1993 to 2006 (13 years). It's been NDP since then (13 years).

^ a voice with actual impact, not since before Paul Martin was ousted; that would have been David Anderson, who was the Environment Minister.

True but the Liberals and Conservatives were far behind last cycle. and I am not certain that even a star candidate could make up the difference.
