A second phase for Aryze Developments' Ross Terrace is planned for a lot adjacent to the underway project. If approved, a 15-unit building nearing replacement age would be replaced. There won't necessarily be a 'theme' tie-in with the Friends theme of Ross Terrace...
I won't accept anything less than "Rachels Arms" for this second phase.

Crane is down. Despite being a block back from Quadra it's one of the most prominent buildings visible in Quadra Village.

Passed by here earlier today. There were a couple of U-Haul trucks parked outside on Fifth St. May have been a move-in day.

Passed by 1025 Kings a few days ago; work clearly underway to clear the building out. A couple of trees have been removed, but one further west is protected (can see the orange fence on the right side of the photo).

The existing building at 1025 kings has been mostly demolished.
