Windows on southern section are wrong scale for this area. Although to be fair the renderings don't seem to match. I am sure aastra can/will elaborate in a much more articulate fashion.

I'm feeling burnt out on this one.

If the bottom one of the two renderings is what they are going with this is the right direction. Hard to see any change to the Duck Building and the two new portions look like separate buildings. This is getting good.

It has a whole new look!

More revisions! Dev Tracker: https://tender.victo...Number=REZ00699

I like where this has gone, especially the window bays on the corner.

I like the box bays and darker trim colors on the corner but still think they have work to do on the building on the left.

Its kind of bland and doesn't tie in, or contrast well with the heritage structure.  it may just be an elusion in the rendering but, its a little too institutional for may taste.

Totally agree, this still needs a lot of work IMO

It seems to me the southern "building" is now referencing or drawing inspiration from the Legacy Art Gallery building, which IMHO is a good thing.

I think this is the 5th design we've seen. They've been to Heritage Advisory Panel, but I don't think they've been to Advisory Design Panel yet (unless you count the previous application, which did go to ADP in 2018).

Not bad. I like what they've done with the north building.

At long last the lodging/apiary tourists have been demanding for decades. ;)

Kinda neat though, I must say. The Wade will also include an apiary.

Having 2 car elevators in a 137 room hotel seems like a spectacularly dumb idea.  I anticipate huge wait times and unhappy guests around noon on sundays.

Only 36 on-site parking spaces so it won’t be a problem, and it sounds like they’ll be accessible by valet.

Also, for what it's worth. I heard an uncomfirmed rumour that this will become a Hyatt Centric.  It's a new-ish brand from hyatt that focuses on smaller, centrally-located, boutique properties.

Sounds about right. Hilton has similar chains called Canopy and Curio.

put the bee habitat IN the car elevator and you’ll create more excitement (and even headlines) I bet.
