Mike Geric Construction has a pretty strong foothold in the up-market construction segment, and that carries through to their mid-market product, for sure. This is the same firm that is building Tresah on Speed Avenue.

Also Travino and Heatherdale Estates in Royal Oak as well. Heatherdale is very well constructed, I have personal experience there.

Had clients move into one of these today....they come with a TV and installed car charger! Development making good progress. I like the concrete stair construction. Adds a bit of cost for you get some solid stairs.
