That giant works yard a block east has got to go. Isn’t there some place in west Saanich they can move it to?

West Saanich already has enough crap… how about Sooke?

it's a Saanich yard so unless they work with Sooke it has to be somewhere in Saanich (assuming they keep it, based on how busy it seems I don't see why they would get rid of it though).

Sooke already sends its crap to West Saanich. We need to find efficiencies during this climate emergency. Only nine years left!

Late to this party but this area has a ton of potential. What would be a really cool option would be have some buildings actually focused on the Goose with perhaps a pedestrian portion alongside and some restaurants and pubs that look out to the trail. Would make a nice stop between downtown and Cordova Bay.

That Goose section goes through some really cool pockets of res/light industrial. G-Man’s idea is great.

I don't know why the Monkey Tree Pub doesn't have a patio.

^ It’s been a while since I have been to the Monkey Tree but I could have sworn there was a patio there.

Opposite end of the entrance.

Was I hallucinating?

Unfortunately that side of the building is built to the property line, the pavement is part of the ICBC lot
