Would it kill them to show us a map, with the island’s location?

ATTENTION Developers - LAND ASSEMBLY - MLS 898360, MLS 900636, MLS 900641. NEW PRICE & OFFERING!! Nestled on a no through road & bordering the Galloping Goose Trail, we proudly offer this 3 lot Land Assembly totaling just under 40,000 SQFT of buildable flat land which is zoned as neighbourhoods. These lots are located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac on Admirals (off Burnside). A great opportunity for higher density with huge potential to build a new community in such a central sought after area. Each lot is complete with a well maintained home which could be used as additional rental income while awaiting zoning. This opportunity wont last, so get in quick and visualize the potential for yourself. The RT-5 Zone allows a maximum density of one dwelling unit per 130 sq. m. (1399 sq. ft.) of lot area, which provides an idea of the potential yield.

$1,948,000

Just $2 million per house here - awaiting that cheap missing middle housing proponent.

For the potential 28-unit project here, the land cost will be $214,000 per door.

I did the math based on this:

The RT-5 Zone allows a maximum density of one dwelling unit per 130 sq. m. (1399 sq. ft.) of lot area, which provides an idea of the potential yield.

And as I pointed out the last time this was posted, Saanich is very unlikely to allow anything other than SF here, at the dead end of a no thru street, in a neighbourhood of SF. Another land assembly that makes no sense.

Even knowing that SF homes are inherently racist?

Even knowing that SF homes are inherently racist?

Only the most clever of mayors who spend vasts amounts of time and money have figured this out . Most mayors do not have the brain capacity to see this vision.
Other mayors are doing nothing more than the day to day running of their municipalities .Poor blind fools .  They have not taken the time to turn over  every rock looking for the elusive racism unlike large brained Lisa .  She will go down in history for her governing just like other large brained  politicians .

Come enjoy this pristine low-bank ocean front lot that is just steps to one of the best beaches on Saturna Island and next to the famous East Point Lighthouse National Park where Orcas, seals and eagles are regular sitings. Capture spectacular evening sunsets and views of Tumbo Island and Mount Baker. This is a place to come, decompress and be with nature at its best! There are conditions to the sale of the 12/100ths interest for Lot 4 and Lot 9 combined and there is a 45-day maximum annual stay but the remaining days can be rented out by the owner.

Welcome to 1838 Dunnett Crescent, a 10,076 sq.ft. flat & sunny lot in high Gordon Head! Arguably in one of the best Gordon Head locations. You will enjoy the gorgeous beaches close by, Arbutus Cove, 10-Mile Point and Cadboro Bay Beach. Walk to UVic and all levels of the best public schools in the City. This lot is located on a quiet private cul-de-sac with mature growth and surrounded by well-maintained properties. It has RS-10 zoning. Rarely do lots of this size come on the market in an established neighbourhood. Services are complete to the lot line. Nothing to do except the planning of your dream home. This is a premier Gordon Head offering. Pls DO NOT walk on property as By Appointment Only. No Sign left of 1842 Dunnett Cres.
