Why be so seedy with your travel times? It’s a half hour drive from there to Sooke’s town centre, without traffic.

Nice area, some subsidized housing near by and loud. Very loud. You’ll hear all the traffic on the highway and every float plane coming and going.

This one is listed again. I thought it sold last year but I guess they just took it off the market. Same area.
