That Goldstream Heights area is a real gem. And at $50k an acre it’s the best deal going anywhere in the urbanized south Island.

But what’s these agents not depicting the property lines in their aerials? It makes a huge difference to actually see the property dimensions.

I’d love to buy an acre around sooke and plunk one of those Blend co. pre-fab’s on it. Keep your eyes peeled for me lol. High bank waterfront preferable.

A waterfront lot just sold in Sooke after a couple of days on the market. $1.3 ish, about the same size as the Murray Road listing but looking towards the Sooke River Bridge from Idlemore.
