A rendering of Jagpal Development's 25 and 29-storey Dunford Crossing towers proposed for Dunford Avenue at Jacklin Road in Langford on Victoria's West Shore. If built, the towers will rise as the West Shore's tallest buildings.

Langford is really determined to have an actual city center, hey? That's some real height on these guys.

Is Langford Voters for Change not a group created and maintained by Langford councillor Lillian Szpak’s daughter-in-law? I believe she says she moved here in 2020.

The group has a petition to stop these two residential towers from being built. They don’t want trees removed on the property.

But what exactly is the alternative here? This proposal is within ‘urban’ Langford. Where are people supposed to live if urban housing is now verboten, suburban housing is verboten, and semi-rural housing is verboten?

Are there no civic parks to occupy until the government supplies free housing?

Just ‘housing’ would be nice.

What the heck is going on when Langford is making a stink about building high density housing along a high density corridor?

"Lanford Voters for Change" is full of retweets from the backpack project, Aryze, Dubow etc.  They are trying to create the Westshore's own Together Victoria,  one illogical step at a time.

Cancers, left unchecked, will often spread.
