Pretty sure in that case there is nothing that can be done.
Well, if they want to build an ugly building on their own property, so be it. It won't help them win tenants, unless a needle-exchange is proposed.

City's zoning map says CA-1 Pandora Avenue Special Commercial district (with special restrictions?)...Anyone want to bet that the land is already zone for this and they just need a building permit? Pretty sure in that case there is nothing that can be done.
Basically a list of commercial uses, commercial/residential where ground floor is not residential, and allows building height up to 15.5m, 51ft.
I dunno what type of retail this area is craving that the developers of this building think they can fill the space with. Very UN-ambitious.
