I have a hard time justifying going to a chicken place that boils their chicken in water as a way of precooking it before adding a little flame to it boiled chicken .... Yuk
Ill stick with the yummy flame broiled chicken that you can see cooking at 5th St bar

They're chicken waffles, period. A chicken is a chicken.
In the year 2013 I just can't believe that we still feel the need to hyphenate poultry.
Only thing worse than a Spanish chicken is some self-righteous politically correct lefty.
