NICE! Grats guys!
Nowadays most people die of a sort of creeping common sense, and discover when it is too late that the only things one never regrets are one's mistakes.

From such humble beginnings (only one employee-Dylan), who would have thought that Skyscraper Source Media would have turned into the vast media empire it is today with....two employees!

Seriously guys, congratulations.

The island that it is built on is sinking and collapsing due to all of the coal mine shafts under it

How will the tallest tower at Hudson Place compare in height to the leaning tower of Nanaimo?

I thought as much. Too bad. The Nanaimo tower is rather ugly, especially with its giant house style slanted roof.

Let me tell you though, with roof technology the way it was back then when this building was built, that roof is going to save them thousands of dollars in maintenance over a flat roof.

Then there are these Asian guys at the other end of the scale: I think just to ratchet up the BP in James Bay it would be fun to launch a mock campaign promoting the purchase by "unknown, unnamed Chinese business sources" of a lot in "we hate everything new by the sea" for the purpose of tendering an application for construction of Victoria's version of the Shanghai Tower:

And as a bonus, the building isn't visible in any of the views.
