When they moved it from the original location to the Pandora side it lost its charm.

I’ll miss it. The last night I had been in the city for business prior to the covid lockdown I hung out there catching up on the day’s news with maybe one table occupied and the bar all to myself. It was cool.

 

Exactly that!

This corner has such great potential for a restaurant and the space is beautiful. Veneto tried to re-invent itself so many times I lost track of what it was.  I think it went from Tapas to Steak to High-end Italian.  The cocktails were good but there's a lot of competition for cocktails in Victoria. 

I don’t fully understand the steeples connection. I thought steeples had multiple owners over the years.
