What a smart looking and site-appropriate little building this is turning out to be. Well done!

Interesting change in the exterior. Waddington Alley side's brick fits in well while the Wharf facing side takes a very different approach. Like the red roof but am not sure about that light tan colour.

It's nice that the city didn't require a setback and landscaping with this one

Any idea how these sold? If at all?

They seem quite different though some how. The soda building was a legit heritage building and it felt tucked away and private, has a nice "back yard" too. This building some how feels more exposed in the front and the back looks out at a nasty parking lot that will (hopefully) get developed one day blocking any water views they have now. Also the ground floor facing the alley on the Soda building is a small lobby, while this one attempts to have a glassy live/work right there. The brick front looks ok, but the rest of the building looks very cheap. I would have either gone more all-out either direction, ie all brick and heritage looking, or all hip and modern.

I don't know, I think this building looks really cool.

I thought this was going to be a rental - isn't a flat another term for apartment?

They are most likely all for sale. Some developers dont post all of their units on MLS. In other news, why arent the floor plans ever given
