is the citified.ca ad on VV kosher? Does every Realtor use citified? Somehow, I doubt it...

If a realtor isn't using Citified then they're a walking encyclopedia and invest incredible amounts of time researching and tabulating information that they could, you know, just look up on Citified. And if they're not as described, why are they your realtor?
Anyways, John, that's a great idea. I'd wager though that we might have better luck bringing together a large group of people in September?
