The windows are all in, but there is only two small windows on the West side. Is that because they are thinking there could be another building going up on the West side to block the view?

Well it would be a long time down the road with the environmental requirements for former gas stations.

I don't mind it. But I'm disappointed to see that wall is so blank. There must be a good reason for no windows, right?

It's probably right up against the property line

Which part do you not like, the metal or the wood?

I don't really care for that particular hue of the brown and green colours but other than that I think it is a decent looking clean modern design.

I drove by it today. I think it looks fine for an office building in that area. It goes with the condos just up on Poplar Ave.

That whole plaza has gone through some nice updates. I just wish the space was used better but that's just how it was done back then.

They've put in the framework for the hanging garden. It'll look better once that's filled in.

It could also be used as a climbing wall, if one were looking for a challenge.

It must be a vertical garden. After all, it's the same developer and architect as Gateway Green.

It's the same vertical garden that adorns the rear of Uptown. They take a while to grow in. Uptown's is still quite sparse.

And they are stupid tokenism. But at least they make them so they can't screw the wall integrity. Rooftop gardens, I dunno if they are ever a good idea.

Is the green you are referring to the rock wool insulation that hasn't been covered with siding yet? :construction: lol!

The scaffolding is down and it looks quite good from the Cedar Hill X Road side.
