No signs of the restaurant reopening. It's been nearly three months since it closed.

It's been shown around to a few interested parties. I hear it's $200k turn key, 2 years left on current lease. Will have to renegotiate that with the landlord for there to be any reason to invest.

To all of our friends,
You may notice a for lease sign in our windows as of tomorrow. This will mark the end of North 48. It has been an incredible journey for me and my family and I want to truly thank every person, customers and staff alike, that have walked through our doors.
