oh, most definitely! They must have gotten some extra margin on the last few sales.
Just looking at their track record in Vancouver (fast sales, huge towers), and how aggressive their sales program was at the beginning may imply that their strategy pivoted sometime in the four years.

One might say if they sold even a few at today’s prices, rather than at 2018 prices, they made some serious bank for the wait.
Long time lurker but new user chiming in. I inquired in February about any remaining units, and can confirm unit 401 (2 bed unit above the building entry) was the last unit and had an asking price of $799K + GST. I'm not sure what they sold for during presale, but I would guess quite a bit less. Too much for that low of a floor/no view, but managed to snag a 2 bed/bath resale at YoY.

Does anyone have a decent photo of the harbour, as taken from a high floor here?

If you had wanted a decent photo then maybe you should have asked for a decent photo. Please try to be more clear next time.

Personally, I wanted to see more of the chair.

The green and red illumination of the crown is doing a "revolving restaurant" kind of effect. So as I'm standing there watching it I happens to ask myself, I asks:
"Have HP1's rooftop lighting programs been doing that rotation effect all along but for some reason I just didn't clue in to it until now?"
Maybe because the transitions between the colours have tended to be more subtle than stark green versus red? Or maybe because I just didn't bother to observe it for long enough?
Anyway, it looks great.

One more reason I don't much care for Hudson House (aka Hudson Place 2) is that its completion obliterated my view of the cool lighting feature atop HP-1

As an alternative you could try standing on the streetcorner for extended periods of time like the rest of us.
I'm just saying I don't think I had ever noticed that simple "processional" effect before. It always seems to be a gradual transitioning between different colours whenever I've looked at it. Which is great, I really like that mellow colour transition effect. But this is something a little different. It makes me wonder what else it can do.

It also makes me wonder what will happen the day that lighting system requires an expensive repair.
