A new sign's gone up!
Looks like the old Transport Canada lot will be a 6-storey office building come Fall 2014. Leasing is now available but the web site is still parked... http://www.202harbourlanding.ca/

If it's being developed by Mountain West then it could very well be just at the intersection of Esquimalt and Harbour.

Where exactly is this project situated? It sort of looks like it's to go in just south of the existing office building.

It's too bad their signage went up before the website went live.

The sign is on the corner of Harbour Rd and Esquimalt Rd. I think the new building is just going into that fenced off triangle area where the Mountain West building is. This would be different from the original vision for Dockside Green below.

Mountain West has had signage in front of the old Transport Canada building for some months now. I walk by there daily and over the months there have been folks out conducting soil tests - most recently earlier this week.
Google Maps shows 202 Harbour to be that corner.

Here's a shot of the billboard once again. It's interesting to note the rough designs of future Dockside Green phases!
The area in red is the Mountain West property and the area in blue is what's been built as part of Dockside Green-proper. Notice that the Mountain West area is empty and not a part of the Dockside Green master plan.
