They were marketing the project and last I heard from them, and said it was going well. Not sure what to make of that now.

Do we have a thread for the Royale in View Royal? Looks pretty decent. It seems crazy that it took this long for somebody to take advantage of that view. And yet they're only barely taking advantage of it via the lowrise format.
