The developers have been very quiet in that regard, for sure. If you'd like, I can put you in touch with the developer. If you could PM me your email I'll take it from there.

When I drove by the other day I was really surprised at how far along this is. They seem to be making good time on this build. The urban streetwall presence is really good.

Pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. The attention to detail, the rounded edges on the concrete, the smooth concrete pillars piercing the floors. It looks like they are replicating the attractive retail entrances the Jigsaw building has--bevelled concrete arches surrounded by glass. Even at this early stage the character is coming through.

Perhaps one of the ugliest renders we’ve ever seen... could turn into a swan?

Victoria renderings are not to be trusted. Most buildings turn out looking better in person.
