Oof, slight dip after months of increases.

There’s also so much garbage at very high prices right now. People are proving very undesirable properties at rates of the nicest house on the block. Buyers have a sense of urgency but not to that degree…

Yeah there are always folks you will sell if they get what they want...  Maybe a little more right now as things cool...

It looks as though sales may be down from March 2023, especially considering the holidays at the end of the month.
