The other end of the scale, FIVE or more bathrooms.  A few coveted Gordon Head and Cordova Bay homes, Oak Bay/Uplands of course, and Bear Mountain.  Some weirdness in Happy Valley where all 5 of those homes are about $1.5M each only.

5+ bedrooms is what I've been keeping an eye on; might move or renovate, not sure yet. The turnover rate is pretty decent, new ones every day it seems.

 

Who wants 1 bathroom? It sucks if you ever have guests. 1.5 minimum for anything over 700sq ft, IMO.
