Stop by yesterday to check out the finished product and it's pretty nice.  The north-west outlook is better than I thought it would be with the help of some clever blinds.

The best part: you can't see the outside of this boxy little development from the inside.

I think it looks quite nice, both from the outside and the inside.

Marko, what's the percentage sold, and what is the price range for the remaining units?

Marko, any idea what those blinds are called and how much they might cost (relative to conventional blinds)?

They're just called bottom-up blinds. Standard fare at Home Depot and every blind store in the city -- I think they're great :)

26 out of 38 are sold; therefore 70% sold.  Prices from upper 300s (one bedroom) to high 600s (two bed plus den).  I thought almost all the floor plans left for sale showed very well in terms of layout and quality.  They have a one bedroom plus den layout I am not totally fond of.  Ground floor units at this complex show great as they have near 10' ceilings....you really feel it.  Overall good product; however, like any other development it has its share of nuances such as the ugly drainage pipes on every balcony :)

Thanks.

Have we seen such drainage pipes on modern condos before?

Usually hidden in bulkheads from what I've seen.  The railings at this project are super nice so the pipe really sticks out in contrast.

Yeah it really does. Surely they could have handled them a little better, even if to create some box to mask the grey portion of the pipe.

Maybe it's new code to avoid pipes inside the envelope??

In other words, they're pushing the envelope?

It turned out rather well. It is too bad though that its such a small building in such a popular area.

Not too bad for the owners/

I would say that is a quibble since that can be added easily.
