It's a long, narrow L-shaped lot next to the Laurel Point condo/townhouse.

Right now, the existing density is only 1.2:1. There are no plans, concepts, drawings etc. at this point.

With so many empty parking lots in the core, I can see little reason to redevelop this quaint, and relatively affordable, little hotel into more over-priced James Bay condos. In this case, and in this case only, I hope the James Bay naysayers kill this proposal.
