WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CITIFIED VICTORIA
...Almost never see anyone cycling on Government street, north of Fisgard. Not sure why these bike lanes were needed.
Cyclists will flood the area now. Just you wait and see. 
Central Government Street for pedestrians only?
