Knife Sharpener

Hello, can anyone recommend a good knife sharpener in the Victoria region? I have about a half dozen knives that need some work.

They might do them or tell you where to can find someone who does.

^They do sharpening there. I've had it done there. They contract it out to another company so they're probably not the cheapest.

Don't know if you're still living with dull knives, but Knife Pro is a sharpening service on wheels. 250-744-0606. It's that old style type of service that comes to you and he (Dwight) has some great kitchen tools for sale as well. A lot of his business is servicing the knives at some of the city's finest restaurant kitchens, so he sharpens like the name suggests - like a pro.
That reminds me that my knives are dull too.
