I usually order the Chinese Dragon Bun, which consists of a fairly large brown bun with scrambled eggs (with a bit of sausage cut into the eggs), a generous helping of avocado on top, a lot of hash browns and some vegetables. If you combine this with Mo:Le's homemade hot sauce the meal is, IMHO, the best breakfast in town. And at $11 it's an incredible bargain.
Last week I had breakfast at this place almost every day and the consistency of the food is worthy of praise.

Ah, the secret has to do with leaving my gas guzzling beast behind and cruising around on a skateboardI agree Mo:Le is great. One question though. How do you afford breakfast out every day, and can I have some of that spare income?
Word. It definitely is.It is the best place in town imo to take someone with a special diet...vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, allergic to eggs...

I can't believe I haven't eaten there yet! I've heard nothing but raves from everyone who has too.

Will this be next door to Blair Mart? That would be cool!
More or less, ya. I think it's the shop that was creatively designed as the painting company office.

Thanks for this review. I had heard raves, but somehow got the impression that they only served raw food - I guess because their chef went with the Olympic rowing team and that was part of the story.
Nope, they serve a variety of (mostly unique) dishes.
