I wonder if it's the same movie DiCaprio was/is filming here.

Reportedly no, just visiting a friend for a week.

Apparently Kelly Rowan lives here.  She had a child with the richest man in Canada.

The richest man's sister is Canada's richest woman. She's not famous, just rich. She lives in Ten Mile Point.

I heard George Clooney bought Travolta's place. Or was it Gates's?

Shared several classes with him including English/Creative Writing. He was always a bit of an odd duck and a loner, but his creative talent was obvious even then.

It should be noted he's never had a commercial success though, ever. Cumulatively his movies have lost millions of dollars. And a good portion of the loses have been picked up by the Canadian taxpayer.

His latest film "Remember" with Canadian Christopher Plummer is very good and could earn Oscar nominations for both of them.

Oh he's won lots of awards. He's very popular with the critics, just not with anyone that pays for a movie ticket.

I never said he was profitable, merely that he was/is highly "creative". He was always an esoteric soul and not one that most or even many people could relate to. I remember the first time I ever saw him was in PE class in a rugby scrum. He handled the ball like it was a hand grenade, which is to say he wasn't very athletic (at all) and naturally most of us thought he was a nerd supreme, especially when he opened his mouth. But it was apparent the boy was an extremely creative force, in spite of clearly being a fish out of water in a rugby scrum.....

Where, exactly, does the box office revenue for his films come from, then?

[Edit: never mind. There's no citation, so it must be just your opinion]

Head over to IMDB and look up the budgets versus earnings.
