What does this have to do with first past the post? No one is suggesting some form of proportional representation at the municipal level. We all know that PR gives parties way more power to pick and choose who becomes your representative. If you try to apply this municipally, a party system will immediately have to form and there goes the relative independence of our Councillors.

The new council is sworn in at 11 am this morning. I guess we'll soon see who are the Queen fans, and I'm not talking Freddie Mercury. That's it for this thread--87 pages of fun and frivolity--so long and thanks for all the fish.
