From the other thread, the Hudson District unit count:
176 - Hudson Place One
178 - Hudson Walk One
106 - Hudson Walk Two
120 - Hudson Mews
152 - The Hudson
= 732 units total
And still more to come, right? That's not too shabby for a block and a half. We're not talking about View Towers here. These are decent buildings.

Has it been determined how many residential units will be part of Hudson Place Two?

So when complete the Hudson District will be around 900 units when finished. That's impressive.

Just got a notice through my work (I work in the Jack Davis) that HP1 will be pouring the foundation slab on Sat the 27th, 8am-8pm. That block of Herald St. will be closed for the duration.

Probably the first grade-level pour? They've been moving along quickly with the underground parking.

Does anyone know if they did the prep for the parking on the final tower at the same time as this or is it back to square one for the next tower

I feel like the crown on this building was a missed opportunity. It should have been something truly iconic that would stand out...
This is Victoria. The last thing any building should do is draw attention to its height. Do you want people to think we're a city or something?

If you're going to do an LED crown feature, at least go hard like Salesforce Tower in San Francisco! It was lit up to display the Eye of Sauron on Halloween this year.

You do realize that all those lights interfere with the migration of birds, which will lead the new CoV Council to ban all new buildings over four floors?

I am sure that is the plan anyway. All new construction will be short, wide, taxpayer-funded slums.
