Really.
Old wood frame house with a broken smoke detector? A tried and true safe way to live. Modern wood frame fully sprinklered building with fire separations, rated stairwells, and full alarm system? A death trap! Also termites are a problem in victoria now??
These 6 story wood frames are extremely better than the hundreds of 4 story wood frame apartments Victoria is full of. Just the sprinkler systems alone set them way ahead.

Of course they are, but then many Victorians are either naive, stupid or both when it comes to all things architectural.

It kind of looks like it would be more at home at the base of a ski hill in the Alps somewhere :-)
Not saying that is a bad thing, and that area definitely needed an improvement!

I think so, I am showing it tomorrow morning, and I’ll pop some pictures and throw them on here.
23 out of 58 units are sold.
