Something says "boring" to me. I wonder if it could have had a much more exciting/modern/different roofline.

But I like the raised patios, I think they'll get much more use than the typical townhouse at-grade back yards.

It looks like the vacant lot beside lansdowne walk townhomes is for sale - will be interested to see what develops there!

Also interesting that over the past 2 years, units1,2,3,4 & 5 have all been for sale or sold. I'm assuming this is just a coincidence as some sold quickly within 1 day & others didn't sell & rented out instead. But will be interesting to see if the lot next door preserves their balcony privacy.
