The 4-storey Jaguar / Land Rover dealership on Douglas adjacent to the Suburban Ford lot was recently completed. As of January 12th, the ground floor was occupied by the Jaguar and Land Rover dealer but the upper three floors appeared vacant.

There are two things I like about that building - the glass on the first floor and the supercharged Range Rover Sport in front of it.
We're going to look at this in 10 years and wonder who let that slip through council.

That's probably the nicest looking car dealership in town. Pretty cool building. Nice to see a dealership with a little density and actual mixed-use. At least it isn't some little 1 story throw-away building like most dealerships.

The upper floors will house the administration for the Carson Auto Group for all their dealerships and other businesses.

That's probably the nicest looking car dealership in town.
Ok, I'll sort of give you this. The dealership component looks great - I love the glass. I don't like all the concrete and yellow panels under the upper windows.
