Something is happening here, not sure what. The Blanshard-facing windows have been removed.

Old street-view of location (not current construction) http://maps.google.c...12,9.6,,0,-4.21

I think the sign said Perma Construction.

Demolition work has been ongoing in this space for months. This included jack-hammering up a lot of concrete. Who knows, maybe they REALLY wanted to eliminate all signs of the needle exchange. I noticed yesterday the secondary wall being installed about 1/2 metre inside of the Blanshard Street windows. It seemed very odd to me. If these windows have now been removed, there may be more reason for this. I haven't heard a peep about who the new tenant(s) will be. Does anyone have the skinny on this?

I heard many months ago that it was going to be a gym.

It has a whole new look!
