The Christmas Hill Green project didn't get much air time on VV while it was under construction, but these two 3-storey condos have been completed for several months and are perched atop a little rise on "Douglas Street" overlooking HWY 17.

Wow! Did the architect/developer have the goal to create the most bland project possible or was that just a happy (?) coincidence? :whyme:

What's with small windows? Do people crave interior wall space to hang photos?

Must be much, much cheaper to build walls than to put in floor to ceiling windows.

@LJ, they are indeed only three storey buildings.
