It’s tricky for $300k. In this market I can’t see someone paying $1,200 per foot, for such a small unit.

It sold in 2017 for $270k, back when AirBnB was the price motivator.

Reduce the price of the Janion unit by $100K and cut the strata fee in half and I'd definitely be interested.

Aastra, somehow that price drop may not be coming soon. I expect to see a large raise in strata fees moving forward just judging by insurance increases.
