Water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink is great. It takes forever some days for the water to heat up though.

For all the fuss over its approval, I'd say this building fits well into the neighbourhood now.

This building has been listed for sale by Bosa Properties.

93% residential occupancy rate. That’s interesting. It must be a tough location to keep fully leased. At 207 units, that’s about 15 vacant.

I think the commercial vacancy is a bigger issue than the residential vacancy. It is so highly amenitized for residents that it attracts tenants fairly easily. 

 

Running a business on that block is a different story. I think they assumed a grocery anchor would provide big foot traffic to the other businesses, but that hasnt helped much for the retail units along vancouver.
